Welcome to the Marathon Run Club: Your Journey to the Queenstown Marathon


Together with After Laughter, we are excited to present a collaborative initiative promoting physical and mental wellness through fitness. By creating this run club, we aim to foster a supportive environment where participants can embark on a journey of personal growth and achievement

Our goal is ambitious: to empower 50+ individuals to cross the finish line of Queenstown Marathon/Half on the 16th of November.

The marathon club will consist of 6 months of group training starting late May which is suited to all levels. This will operate on a 2-3 days a week schedule. 2 sessions a week will be group sessions whilst one session will be a solo session with the option to link up and complete it with other members of the club. 

Throughout the months there will be opportunities to take part in other group events such as hikes, BBQ’s, Yoga sessions and more. 

Run Club members will receive 20% off their Queenstown Marathon/Half Entry Fee along with 10% off run kit at Heatwave for the duration of the club. We've got some exciting sponsors on board so stay tuned!

There is no fee to join the club and attend the training sessions, it’s important to us that it’s accessible.
